CALLIGRAM
Note to self 20 years in the future:
Dear forty year old Mia, first of all I'm proud of you and I love you. You’ve made it a long way and I'm sure by now you’ve been through some crazy things. Hopefully a lot of really crazy good things are included though. I’m guessing you’re finally not having complete confusion about what kind of future and career you want but knowing me, who knows. I hope if you’re a mom that you’re a really good loving mom, but I know you would be. If you’re not then I hope you are happy with that and content with whatever kind of life you are living. If you have a partner then I know that they are amazing and everything you could’ve dreamt of because I know how high my standards are. I’m sure that you are still as close as ever with Margaret and annoying her more than ever too, hopefully a little less. I also hope that you and Samantha have a good relationship and that maybe you’ve even built one with Charles too. I’m sure you finally have your own space which you can decorate as much as you want and keep as clean as you want. I pray that Tom, Bella, and both Gianna’s are still in your life. Knowing all of us we could easily be spread out across the country or world but I have a feeling you will all be in touch still. I’m sure by now you are an aunt of Margaret’s kids and whether you have your own children or not you better be spoiling them rotten. I hope that Mom and Dad are both still around and doing well and annoying you as always. I hope that you find life more amazing and beautiful as ever and you still stare up at the moon and make everyone around you look at how beautiful it is too.
